11-5 (Anchor x 49-2 Timepiece) bred to Rolex
In our opinion, this is the most valuable female we've ever offered for sale.  First, just look at her: she is as good to look at as we would design, if we could just manufacture one.  Secondly, this same mating produced a gilt that Caldwell's won all over Illinois with during the summer of '08.  In addition, that gilt's littermate was Reserve Champion at the Summer Spectacular for the Bobell's.  And, finally, we lost the dam, 49-2, and feel this gilt could be even a greater generator.  The only reason this gilt is listed is because we are committed to OFFERING our very best.  We have none better.

275-3 (Anchor x 251-4 Tank) bred to Rolex
This gilt's genetic package is outstanding.  For those who have followed our genetics closely know about the 251 litter TANK sows.  The dam's of Langmeier's popular class winner and Newnum's popular $7000 gilt at the '09 Summer Spectacular and STC were two different 251 litter sows.  Take advantage of this opportunity to own this heavy structured, good bodied female.

278-8 (Anchor x 63-5 Tank) bred to Rolex
We really like these 278 litter gilts.  They are royally bred and the whole litter was outstanding all the way.  This 278-8 is probably the most moderate of the 278's.  We have bred many of these ANCHOR daughters to ROLEX by design.  We felt ROLEX's extra wide and extra deep skeletal makeup was custom fit for the ANCHORS.

278-6 (Anchor x 63-5 Tank) bred to One-Up
This 278-6 gilt is a truck.  Wide set, thick muscled and massive.  She's a bit soft pasterned, but is high on my list of gilts with really special breeding value.

11-6 (Anchor x 49-2 Timepiece) bred to Rolex
This 11-6 gilt is extra wide and powerful.  We think she is an incredibly good female and has great breeding value.  This is another 11 litter gilt that one could develop a sowherd from and also have instant success with her first litter in the showring.  We are not anxious to sell this one.

59-1 (Anchor x 43-10 Tank) bred to 38 Special
Genetically this gilt is nearly identical to our $6000 Top Selling Champion gilt at the 2009 NBS.  The dam of that gilt was 43-7, a littermate to the dam of this 59-1 gilt.  59-1 is heavy structured with a great design.  She has been a stickout throughout her life.  We thought this gilt was special enough to line breed to 38 SPECIAL.

11-3 (Anchor x 49-2 Timepiece) bred to 38 Special
Another powerful 11 litter gilt.  Except, this one is bred to our powerful 38 SPECIAL.  Linebreeding power to power, structure to structure, and look to look - what do you get?  High value, pure, predictable genetics.  I could build around this one too.

11-4 (Anchor x 49-2 Timepiece) bred to Rolex
Another one of the five 11 litter gilts in this offering.  This gilt is fundamentally really good with a very good pattern.  Past experience tells me gilts like this, from superior litters and genetics, can really be an asset.  Even though this gilt is a bit plainer, she could be a great investment.

278-9 (Anchor x 63-5 Tank) bred to One-Up
This is the third 278 litter gilt we are offering.  We really like this litter and really like this gilt.  She has "breeding hog" written all over her with her heavy, flexible structure and overall body mass and design.  We've had good results with ONE-UP bred to some of these ANCHOR daughters.

15-5 (Husky x 52-3 One) bred to Rolex
Husky has generated some outstanding hogs around the country.  He sired the Champion York barrows at both the Illinois and Iowa State Fair Junior Shows, a class winning gilt at the NJSA in Louisville as well as the Champion gilt at the Kansas State Fair.  This 15-2 gilt is another example of the high quality he can sire.  She is a complete, near fault free gilt with extra bone and muscle.  Her dam 52-3 is a littermate to Ifft's herdsire "PAR 5".

277-11 (Anchor x 251-3 Tank) bred to 38 Special
This is one stout, wide made, good designed gilt.  We like this gilt's genetic makeup, being out of another 251 litter TANK sow and sired by ANCHOR.  It just works.  We felt she just matched up with 38 SPECIAL so well that we lined her up.  These litters that are coming throughout February work so well for the State Fairs and NBS regardless if they are barrows, boars, or gilts.

283-7 (Timepiece x 234-7 Wide Trac) bred to Onyx 262-5
With this gilt's design, bred to ONYX for this cross litter, these babies could really be good.  We expect winning caliber barrows and gilts here.

11-2 (Anchor x 49-2 Timepiece) bred to Double Stuff
We are offering five gilts from this great 11 litter.  As a true blue York breeder, I sometimes have trouble even breeding one gilt bred like this for a cros litter.  Well, we did and the pigs out of DOUBLE STUFF have extra power.  This mating shuld really work.

10-3 (Anchor x 31-4 One) bred to Onyx 262-5
This heavy structured, good designed ANCHOR daughter could be a great starter project.  With ONYX as the service sire, I wouldn't be surprised to hear about couny fair champions generated here.

1-7 (Anchor x 223-1 One) bred to Onyx 262-5
This gilt is special, not just because she's wide, heavy boned, square made and balanced. Her mother is the productive littermate sister to our herdsire ONE-UP.  This is anothr pure York gilt tht probably should have been bred for a pure York litter, but her cross pigs should be quite valuable also, in many ways.

28-2 (Timepiece x 11-8 Hunk) bred to Double Stuff
This is a moderate, big bodied female tht sets her legs squarely.  You might take note that her dam, 11-8, is the dam of three of our herdsires: HUSKY, ONE-UP, and SUPER STUFF.  We think her cross litter by DOUBLE STUFF will be quite good.

47-4 (One-Up x 77-2 Tank) bred to Onyx 262-5
We've liked this 47-4 gilt all summer for her eye catching "look".  With ONYX's moderate size and thick, boxy makeup, we like this mating very well.

54-1 (One-Up x 237-8 Hunk) bred to Onyx 262-5
Again, another ONE-UP daughter with that great "look".  We think ONYX is just custom made for gilts like this.  He should add more body, muscle and moderate a bit.

13-4 (One-Up x 93-5 Hunk) bred to Double Stuff
This 13-4 gilt is really heavy structured, deep bodied and soft in her skeleton.  DOUBLE STUFF is just the ticket with his extreme muscle and square makeup.  Great age for those later state fairs.

37-2 (Husky x 85-2 Tank) bred to Onyx 262-5
This Husky daughter is really opened up and heavy boned for as long as she is.  She sets her legs out wide and square, and is really level made.  She has plenty of frame and being matched with ONYX should result in some moderation.

4-4 (Superman 174-8 x 71-7 The Judge) bred to Double Stuff
This heavy structured, great patterned gilt bred to DOUBLE STUFF should be really good.  SUPERMAN 174-8 is a littermate to the $30,000 Super Natural.  All these gilts are bred to stress negative boars.  The dam 71-7 is a pure Hamp sow that can really stamp her pigs with soundness and design

8-6 (Superman 174-8 x 237-3 Atlas 27-1) bred to Onyx 262-5
8-6 is a tremendous female.  She's got the extras that can separate the good ones from the great ones.  Extra rib, extra width, extra muscle and what a "look".  Her litter by ONYX should have extra value, no matter if they are boars, gilts, or barrows.  Our guess is that this mating could result in a very high value boar or boars.  We personally would like to see the boars in the litter before they are cut.  Could be herdsire potential for us.

4-2 (Superman 174-8 x 71-7 The Judge) bred to Onyx 262-5
The pattern and design of these 4 litter gilts is outstanding.  We have a hard time determining which is best.  All I know is that the chances of generating better hogs are better when the dams come from good litters.

4-1 (Superman 174-8 x 71-7 The Judge) bred to Double Stuff
This 4-1 gilt has great muscle shape and thickness from end to end and yet maintains flexibility.  Her front end is quite attractive.  These pigs out of DOUBLE STUFF should be extra powerful.

4-3 (Superman 174-8 x 71-7 The Judge) bred to Onyx 262-5
We really like this gilt's extra rib and bone.  She still has the great pattern and just has the look of a generating hog.  With ONYX's squareness, boxiness, and muscle, we like this litter's chances.

2-3 (Looker x 82-6 Yak) bred to Power Wheels
This is one massive female.  She's big bodied, sound and heavy muscled.  The first POWER WHEELS pigs have extra base width and bone.  They have great center width with muscular tops.

25-4 (Looker x 90-6 Stretch) bred to Mega
These LOOKER daughters have been fantastic mothers.  We feel we can really tap them genetically.  This 25-4 gilt's design and fundamentals are excellent.  We felt MEGA's extra bone, foot size and rear leg set is ideal for this mating.

21-2 (Looker x 12-6 CSI) bred to Mega
This 21-2 gilt is a stout, moderate sized gilt.  We felt that the bulk of our LOOKER daughters just match up the best with MEGA.  This gilt is no exception.

46-2 (Looker x 97-7 Stretch) bred to Mega
We think LOOKER's influence will be felt greatest thru his daughters, even though he sired the Champion Barrow Overall at the '08 NJSA SW Regional Show.  This gilt's dam was the mother of a gilt the Langmeier's won several shows in Texas with including the Grand Champion Duroc Gilt at the State Fair of Texas.

48-6 (Looker x 100-3 Bold Adventure) bred to Mega

Gilts with this much bone, muscle and flesh with the right sized skeleton are hard to come by.  In our opinion, this gilt's value is hard to estimate and we'd probably estimate too low.  Only time will tell, but her MEGA babies could be on a new level.

Husky was our first ANCHOR son to be added to our herdsire battery.  he has outstanding squareness of skeleton and base width.  His shoulder, Hip, and tailhead are nearly level, yet has the correct set to his hind legs.  He has extra body mass and fleshing ability.  His mother (11-8) has proven herself to be a real generator as she now has two sons in our herdsire pens, HUSKY and ONE-UP.
